How will you get it printed:There are different printing technologies that your printing company can offer you - digital and offset printing. It is best that you have a printing company that offers both of these services so that you can maximize the options that you can do with your prints. Having both digital and offset printing processes available will make your printing experience fast and easy.
Digital printing involves direct to printer technology that allows you to print your materials quickly and easily. It is a process that specializes in making short run prints and on demand prints available and easily accessible to a bunch of people. If you have short orders or if you want your prints done easily, fast and on demand, then digital printing is the way to go.Offset printing on the other hand involves the use of plates in order for the prints to be done. Plates are used as guides and they pass through ink rollers in order for your prints to be done. Offset printers specializes in creating and accommodating bulk orders. Because of its very high impression speeds, your prints can be done easily and at a very high quality.
Fast Turnaround Times:Whatever printing method that you choose, whether digital or offset, you are assured of having fast turnaround times since both printing methods are effective in producing those orders. With today's technology, even the production of plates is much easier - allowing you for a quicker and faster turn around time. The digital printing method also allows for printing on demand that allows you to specify when you want your prints done.
Quick and easy access: Also, commercial printers usually have websites where you can post your orders on. You no longer need to go to a printing company personally but you can now order through the internet and let them deliver your prints straight to your home or office.

Need to Keep Track of Employee Hours
Clock Software- Its easy, its automated, and its worth every single penny of the investment. Even if you only have a few employees, adding up time sheets can be a hassle and can take up your valuable time. What better way then to let your employees clock in or out right from any computer screen and then run reports for your employees hours in about 5 seconds. There are dozens of options out there. Look for a software that allows for unlimited employees, offers quality support (there is nothing worse than getting stuck with angry employees breathing down your neck because your software is not working and you have no one to help you), and is visual and user friendly.
Punch Clock- Sure punch clocks are old fashioned, but that makes them an easy way for you to find an inexpensive, semi-automated way to track your employees hours. Searching online for punch clocks will yield a fair amount of results and doing a more in-depth search will lead you to some pretty good bargains. There are a few downsides to punch clocks however. One is that you have to manually add up the hours. It does keep your employees honest by not being able to fudge their hours, but in the end you have to bust out the old calculator and add things up the old fashioned way. On a positive note, punch clocks are kind of fun to use are your employees may just overlook the old-fashioned-ness of them because of the novelty side of things maybe.
Cards and Sheets- Yep, its old school, but there is one advantage to using time cards and time sheets: cost. Time cards cost a whole lot of nothing, especially is you make them yourself. Downsides abound however, they are easy to lie on, you have to add up all the hours manually, usually employees tend to round in their favor rather than give the exact time resulting in a few hours a month you are paying for but getting nothing out of. When starting a small business though, and you only have a few employees, this might just be the perfect solution for you, if you can keep your employees honest.

Payroll Software
Payroll software tools can be used to speed up the process of calculating pay accurately, and making payments on time. They save you the burden of understanding complex payroll legislation and payroll systems operation, and thereby reduce administrative costs. Do we see you smiling already? Keep that grin firmly in place.
Trouble free payroll processing is a critical need of any business. Payroll software completes payroll calculations within a fraction of the time it would take to do them manually. It is also very useful for generating reports at the year-end, since both pay-slips and annual reports are archived for retrieval at a later date. So, you can see that payroll software offers a fully automated system which does more than just calculate statutory deductions. It has some solid benefits that will make you want it for your business. Wondering what those could be?
Payroll software can integrate with time sheet systems that record employee attendance or time worked. This way, information about hours worked can be automatically transferred into the payroll system, once the worker logs on. Alternatively, you could feed the data manually into an electronic form. To derive maximum benefit, you can use it to put together data on attendance and hours worked. Doing so can provide you with many reports which will allow you to do an in-depth analysis of staff costs across departments, individual jobs, contracts or the business as a whole. Then there's the facility of "what-if" calculations. This helps in forecasting and planning staff costs and budgets - by entering hypothetical numbers, you can compare the exact total cost of an employee under different compensation scenarios. You can also maintain other employee data, such as records of annual leave, using payroll software.
Every business will not need payroll software. For example, if the number of employees is small, manual payroll calculation can be simple and straightforward. Also, though payroll software saves a lot of time, it can be an expensive investment for a small company. Implementing payroll software usually requires an annual subscription, in addition to the initial purchase cost. The annual renewal is required in order to receive regular updates on taxation laws, National Insurance rates and changing legislation that affect payroll calculations.

Use Accounts Receivable Factoring to Grow Your Company
One of the biggest obstacles for small business growth is access to working capital. Companies that have access to business financing, are usually better positioned to take advantage of opportunities - and - better positioned to weather challenges successfully than those that don't have it.But getting working capital is a major challenge for most businesses, especially startups and small companies. Most will not be able to meet the requirements for a conventional business loan or line of credit. Plus, conventional business loans are usually offered to companies that have long track records of success and hard assets.
Few startups and small businesses meet these criteria. However, business loans are not the only way to finance a company. There are some alternate ways of financing that have started to gain popularity in the recent years. One alternative is called accounts receivable factoring, also known as invoice factoring.Invoice factoring solves a very simple but common problem. Most companies that sell to other businesses have to wait 30 to 60 days to get paid. However, few can afford to wait that long. This is a major problem for small companies that don't have a strong balance sheet and need funds to pay suppliers and employees. Factoring provides an advance against your slow paying invoices and gives you the working capital to pay employees and suppliers.
It puts you on a stronger financial footing, enabling you to take on new businesses without worrying about payment terms.A factoring transaction works as follows. First you deliver your product/service and invoice the client. Then, the factoring company advances you up to 80% of your invoice. This is your first installment. Your company gets the remaining 20%, less the service fee, once your client actually pays for the invoice. So the benefit is simple. You get 80% upfront and the rest once your client pays.

The Customer Service Culture
I love it when I observe or experience good customer service. It's rare these days but it does exist and when I see it I have to stop to make sure it's for real. Well, it happened to me the other day. The level of service I received stopped me right in my tracks. I was having some routine medical tests done at the off-campus radiology center of one of the hospitals in my area and I am here to report that I had excellent service from start to finish. That's right. You heard me. From the moment I entered the facility to the point where they communicated how I would receive my test results, it was A+ service. As I drove away, it was clear to me that this organization operates using an attitude of service as the underpinning for all its activities. In some circles this hospital could be categorized as a Customer-Centric organization. But no matter how you classify it, this organization clearly has its act together.
Service Culture organizations can be easily identified by the way they structure their operational procedures and policies. When dealing with these types of companies, it becomes obvious rather quickly, that the customer and their level of satisfaction is at the center of the way the policies and procedures are formed. I guess you could say that the customer is at the heart of these policies and procedures. In these organizations, it starts with a clear definition of who the customer really is in each situation, then developing ways to deliver service that will allow the customer to walk away with a sense that their business has value.
You know you are dealing with an organization that has a Service Culture in the way their staff is dressed, they way they speak to the customer/patient/client/guest and each other, the way they talk about customers and each other, the body language they use, the way they listen, the way they handle conflict, and the way you feel when you conclude your transaction with them. This last indicator may be the most important of all. When customers are satisfied and feel valued, they will use your service or product again. Repeat business is the best kind of business because it contributes to the profitability of your organization. So as you plan your next manager's meeting or marketing strategy session, think about what it would take for customers to come to know you as a Service Culture organization. Creating this culture is really not as hard as you think and it will give your customers just one more reason to love you - and refer you to all their friends!

Make Fast And Serious Money With Day Care
According to oxford dictionary, it is a clear stated definition that a day care is where small children, old and sick people are cared, during daytime that is away from home. From a layman understanding, it meant a place where only small children are been taking care of. To make fast and serious money from day care, there is the need to expand your knowledge on day care by understanding the difference between the two stated definitions. Using the dictionary definition to open a day care, you will understand that day care is not organised only for small children but also for sick and old peoples.
Think like any other business, a day care has low cost to open. The cost of opening a day care is low compare to other small business you can start. You can turn your home to a day care provided it is well organised and built under regulation, you can also start immediately with toys and rummages you already have, all you need are interesting tools that stimulates attention.Always remember that the adoption of principle is the most important thing in the school of knowledge' avoid excuses and start immediately. Note that if you have money buy a land space, for day care is a business but if you don't have your home can serve as a means of making serious money with day care. You are standing out to the public place; it is no longer a personal affair. It's a business and must be considered as a business.

The New Marketing Tool
Canvas bags are in everyone is using them, from A-grade celebrities to sport stars and the everyday shopper. This is great news for the global fight against global warming because the toll on the environment to make a plastic or paper bag is high. Now marketers are seeing the benefits of using canvas bags as a form of advertising. Why not almost everything else we use can be marketable.
Studies have been conducted and the canvas bag can be used as a great guerilla marketing tool. If you think about it, how many times would you use your bag? Let's work of the fact that the bag has a life span of a year and half and on average you would have used it for 300 trips. Next, multiply the number of trips by the amount of exposures. On average you pass 50 people each trip, that's 50 exposures. Work-out the sums, 300x50 equals 15,000 exposures. Now, that's some serious numbers and if you sell a modest 100 bags think of the marketing opportunities. So why aren't more stores selling canvas bags? I cannot answer that but, from a marketing perspective it makes sense for small stores to do away with plastic or paper bags and sell canvas bags.
Why I say small stores because many big stores are already selling canvas bags. I think there's real marketing opportunities for local stores to promote themselves in green friendly way. Consumers will respond and convert to canvas especially if you start charging for plastic and paper bags. So the canvas bag has a bright future not only for consumers and the environment but also for marketers.James has recently moved to New York and he loves the city. He's a strong supporter of all things relating to the protection of the environment. He wishes New Yorker's used less plastic and paper shopping bags and more canvas bags. He recommends the full range of products at R.A.G. including their eco friendly range of canvas bags which are a simply way to go green.
